September 10,06"Kurt angle, Italy & More"
Damn it's been a long tour!! Things are still going well for the
Blueprint Matt Morgan as I just finished a tour in Italy with a company
called NWE. I still work for Hustle in Japan, but I added NWE of Italy
along the way when I am off from Japan. In Italy I worked Heidenreich
and
Joey Legend.
Both were very fun matches and I got to say the Italian
fans
love their wrestling!! Most shows were packed and extremely loud. I
also
worked last week at BallPark Brawl against Monty Brown. It was my
first
match against him, but we had great chemistry and I look forward to
working
him sooner than later!
My style of wrestling has changed a bit because
of
me working so much in Japan, so it was interesting to mesh it with the
way I
would wrestle in the US. I love the newer strong style!! Japan has
been
nothing but the best experience for me.
I can't believe I have done 18
tours for Japan in such a short time span of 13 months!! That is alot
of
frequent flyer mileage at least! I go back to Japan in Oct. I also am
going
back to Italy in Nov.
Italy is a very beautiful place to work in!
Rikishi
runs
this promotion and has been nothing but a great friend by bringing
me
in and allowing me to grow as a performer and constantly giving me the
best
advice! Thanks Kish! The entire NWE company (Roberto, Fabricio,
Luca-Jobber!) have been nothing but professional to me and I look
forward
to many more tours!
As many of you have read by now, yes I was at the
TNA
tapings a few weeks ago. I was very impressed with how all of the boys
were
so cool, and inviting to me. It seems like a very good environment to
work
in. The athleticism they all share is unbeilievable and their efforts
to
put on the best performance possible is awesome!! I look forward to
GIANT
things from them this fall!!!
About Kurt Angles Release
I was very shocked to see Kurt Angle parting ways with
WWE.
I wish Kurt nothing but the best, as he is the best at what he does,
and I
want to thank him for all the help he gave me on Smackdown! Kurt is a
great
guy, great for the business, and a better human being. There will be a
huge
void to fill with Kurt Angle
taking time off, and leaving impossible
shoes
to fill along the way!
Good luck Kurt I hope our paths cross again,
and I
can't thank you enough for your time and advice for me!
I am leaving tomorrow for Connecticut
and
then it's back to work again!!! Wish me luck, and I will try to write

April 10th 06 Message from Matt - Teaming with Jindrak
Hey guys I thought I would do some writing on my trip while in Japan. I am currently in a huge Tournament for the All Japan Cup. It is an honor to be in it. I really like my position with All Japan Pro Wrestling and even the guys better. I have a great deal of respect for the roster. I debuted with the company at a show at World Famous Korakuen Hall with a group of shit kickers called R.O.D. The ROD consists of Taka Michionoku, DLO Brown, Tae Kea, and Bull Buchanan.
Once again my experiences in Japan are better and better with each match i have. When I made my debut the Japanese fans went bizerk to say the least!! It was a great feeling because when I am with this group I am not just the muscle who never wrestles, but in fact I get to work more matches and tell great stories in the ring than ever before. In New Japan I got my confidence about the
acrobatic high flying stuff I do now, but as far as how f#### hard I am hitting guys now I feel unstoppable!
All Japan really is letting me be me but I found that missing ingredient out here and that is what I looking forward to letting US fans see soon. There are so many hard working guys in this company and I cant thank them enough for their trust and spirits in that ring with me! For those who don't know, I left on good terms with New Japan and thank their owner Simon Inoki and others for their help of getting me accustomed to Japanese wrestling style. I don't talk about what me and Simon talk about but in a nutshell, All Japan was running more shows, the more shows I do the better for me and my family. At the time New Japan wasn't running as many shows when I got approached by All Japan and I hate sitting home....I feel the need to be in a ring all the time, making money for my family. Me and my wife just bought a brand new place in Lake Mary Florida! We have been moving our stuff for like the last 3 weeks! It is a beautiful place right on a lake and something me and my wife are real proud of, and I thank wrestling for helping something like this come true for my wife at least. She deserves all the credit in the world for the talks and just for ALWAYS being there for me. Til next tour Seeya! Matt

October 17th 05 Message from Matt - Teaming with Jindrak
I noticed there is alot of voting going on for me and Jindrak to tag. I am currently being booked as a singles wrestler. All companies that have used me, book me as a giant, so that means less tag teaming unless a friend of mine and I have the same enemies or adversaries. I am actually going back to New Japan from Oct.22nd-Nov.5th where I am booked to wrestle for all of those days! The cool thing is that I do get to tag with Jindrak for a few of those matches!!! SO some of you will get to see AIR GIANT finally in the ring together as a team! Wish me luck!

October 9th 05 Message from Matt - New Japan
To help give my fans some insight to this,New Japan is the top wrestling company in Japan if not the world! They have had Hulk Hogan, Andre the Giant, Antonio Inoki, Muhamad Ali, Chris Benoit, Eddie Guerrero,Ric Flair, and countless other legends at the beginings of their pro careers! The particular wrestling card that I am on at the Tokyo Dome (Japans' MSG) is their Wrestlemania in Japan! It features me along with Brock Lesnar, Mark Jindrak, and Charlie Haas. I can't believe that I am on this card and on top of it, I am going against Yuji Nagata, who you could argue is the top wrestler in the world!!! Let's see if he can survive what the 7 foot Sushi Kicker, Matt Morgan's got for him!! Wish me luck, and I will be back on the 11th of Oct. with pics!!

July 27th 05"Thanks to all my Morganisms!!!"
Hey guys thanks again for so much support again for this week! I noticed the "hits" are skyrocketing and that can only mean you want "updates" ASAP about my future. Well, all I can "legally" say is that you WILL see me in a ring again in the near future, and you can only find out about it on Matt-Morgan.org!! As soon as my 90 day no-compete clause is up, the rumors will be reality, and one company's Giant Stutterer will be another company's Giant Draw! This Sunday I will do an un-cut interview with the Live Audio Wrestling show, and then THAT THURSDAY of the same week I will do another interview with the guys at MondayNightMayhem.com!! July 18th 05A message to all my fans
I would like to thank everyone for their support and dedication to being a "Matt Morgan" fan! The website has received an extra amount of hits lately do to my release and I love reading all my fans' oppinions good or bad! That is what this site is all about. I check on it everyday and make sure I answer EVERY question asked.
